Brand Partner

4+ years client-facing · AustinReports to the Head of Client PartnershipsAlways hiring

Artis

Artis helps residential architects, interior designers, builders, and landscape architects build a presence worthy of their work. We’re a technology company connecting how these practices are discovered with how their clients experience them, from a first impression through years of collaboration. We exist to give them the freedom to focus on their craft.

Your mission

As a Brand Partner at Artis, you own the relationship and the results for each client you serve. Your job is to make sure every client feels supported, confident, and proud of their partnership with Artis.

You do that by

  • Delivering content that authentically reflects their brand, elevates their craft, and supports their business goals.

  • Taking ownership of each client’s outcomes, not just task completion.

  • Bringing taste and judgment to ensure quality in everything that goes out the door.

  • Building trusted relationships so you become the reliable partner they count on.

  • Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The role

The Brand Partner is the primary owner of both the client relationship and the quality of work delivered through Artis. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, communication excellence, and operational rigor, with an emphasis on taste, judgment, and craft.

We’ve built systems and AI to make high-quality content feel efficient and scalable. What we need from you is what technology can’t replace: strategic thinking, taste, relationship-building, and a genuine commitment to making clients successful.

What you own

  1. 01

    Strategy and quality.

Own the monthly content strategy and planning process for your book of business. Develop content direction that reflects each client’s brand, values, and goals. Translate messy inputs into clear creative direction. Exercise editorial judgment: elevate, refine, and know what’s bad.

  2. 02

    Relationships and communication.

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for each client. Lead strategy conversations with confidence and clarity. Set expectations proactively and guide feedback constructively. Represent client needs internally to improve our product and processes.

  3. 03

    Execution and follow-through.

Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables with precision. Ensure accuracy and polish in everything that ships. Catch issues before they become problems. Monitor client satisfaction and address friction early.

Sound like you?

This role is likely a great fit if you

  • Build trust naturally. You’re the person people can rely on. You communicate clearly, respond promptly, and make people feel heard and supported.

  • Bring structure to your work. You manage timelines, track commitments, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks without being micromanaged.

  • Care about quality and craft. You have taste, you notice when something feels off-brand, and you take pride in what goes out the door.

  • Take ownership of outcomes. You don’t just complete tasks; you’re accountable for whether clients are happy, proud, and successful.

  • Lead conversations with confidence. You’re comfortable guiding clients, making recommendations, and having direct conversations when needed.

  • Thrive on feedback and iteration. You see feedback as a tool for improvement, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years in a client-facing role (client success, account management, client services, or similar) where you’ve built strong relationships and managed outcomes.

  • Organizational skills that let you balance multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.

  • An eye for quality, especially as it relates to brand, storytelling, or creative work.

  • Bonus. Startup or fast-paced environment experience, process improvement skills, or a background working with creative and design-focused clients.
