Director, Client Partnerships
Artis
Artis helps residential architects, interior designers, builders, and landscape architects build a presence worthy of their work. We’re a technology company connecting how these practices are discovered with how their clients experience them, from a first impression through years of collaboration. We exist to give them the freedom to focus on their craft.
The role
We’re hiring someone to lead our Brand Partner team day to day and help it scale quickly without losing the quality of its client work. You’ll report to the Head of Client Partnerships and lead a team of about 8–12 people, staying close to client work, coaching and escalations as the team grows.
You’ll begin with hands-on team management and partner with the Head of Client Partnerships to evolve the team structure as we scale rapidly. You’ll work alongside our client operations hire, who builds the metrics, systems and workflows that support the team.
Your mission
Make the Brand Partner team exceptional at their work. Give people the coaching, accountability and support to deliver great client experiences consistently.
